The two hurricanes of 2022 did impact the outside property temporarily closing the pool area and steps leading to the beach. Construction is currently being done to these areas and hope to see it completed sometime in the first half of 2023. The condominium unit itself was not impacted and is beautiful, modern, spacious and the view of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony is breathtaking. The Daytona Shores area is open, thriving, busy and ready for guests to enjoy the beach, restaurant’s, shopping, attractions and everything the area has to offer.
