The condominium is beautiful, modern, spacious and the view of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony is breathtaking. The New Smyrna Beach area is open, thriving, busy and ready for guests to enjoy the beach, restaurant’s, shopping, attractions and everything the area has to offer.
Guest’s agree to use the property during the check-in and check-out times, caring for the home as if it belongs to them. They will keep it reasonably clean and not break or steal anything inside or outside of the property. They will limit the number of guests to 6 or less. All guests will not allow children under 18 years to eat or drink anything outside of the kitchen area and understand that damage from stains on carpeting and furniture will become the responsibility of the guest to pay for cleaning or replacement. All guests will be respectful of neighbors and keep noise down after 9pm.
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
