The sunsets over the intercoastal & Downtown Daytona Beach Shores are a highlight that can be enjoyed from the privacy of your balcony.
When you arrive at the Opus Condominium building, you will first park in the outdoor open parking. The front door to the lobby of the building has a digital keypad to open the lobby door. You will then take the elevator to the 8th floor where you will find Unit # 804 that has a digital keypad to access the condo 24 hours per day for convenient self-check-in.
Inside you will find a parking pass and a garage door remote. The condo complex requires that you park your car in the below ground garage in space #804, placing the provided parking pass in your vehicle.
In addition to having a convenient indoor garage for your vehicle, you can easily get around by car to all of the local area where very few places charge for parking. Maybe you prefer to order an Uber ride or possible rent a golf cart or bicycle for the day to get around.

Daytona Beach Shores is known for the many high-end large condominium high-rise buildings. The condo complex is called the Opus Condominium which is located a couple of miles north of Dunlawton Ave bridge to the mainland, leading to Port Orange shopping and restaurants. You are just minutes away from the famous Daytona Beach Pier, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, gift shops and various attractions. You can also drive to the famous International Speedway to catch a race or drive about 70-80 minutes to Universal Studios or Disney Springs or maybe you would enjoy visiting the Kennedy Space Center Museum just a 45–50-minute drive.
This condo unit is decorated with a modern and updated style with a fresh and bright feel. When you first enter the foyer area you will see a long hallway that leads to the kitchen and living room that has an amazing view of the Ocean. The kitchen, dining and living room areas are a modern open platform design with many windows to see the Ocean.
This is a 3 bedroom and 3-bathroom condo with 5 total beds that could each sleep 2 people for a total of 10 people. Enjoy your morning coffee on the comfortable cushioned patio furniture listening to the Ocean surf, watching the Pelicans diving for fish or if you are patient, you will see Dolphin close to the beach every day.
When you arrive and enter the front lobby using the proved code, you will fill out the “Registration Form” found hanging on the wall, then placing it into the “Drop Box”
This is a nonsmoking condominium indoors. You will use the provided garage remote and park your vehicle in the assigned #804 spot, placing the parking pass in the window where it is visible. The Condo unit will have a custom digital door code for you to use during your stay. This provided code is active from 3pm on check in day and expires at 11am on your check-out day. When using the door code, you finish by pressing the “CHECK SYMBOL” button.
The Wi-Fi code will be provided along with other helpful information on the written document behind the clear plastic frame by the door when you enter the condo.
Please do not allow children to eat or drink while on the furniture and any damage to the furniture from stains or spills will be the responsibility of the person who reserved the condo.
Laundry detergent is provided for a few loads of laundry, however if you stay is longer, you will need to go purchase additional detergent. Coffee is provided for short stays, however a longer stay you will need to purchase additional detergent coffee.
We provide enough linens for the number of individuals in your party, however if you do not disclose the correct number of individuals in your party, you may not have enough linens. We can bring additional linens upon request in this situation, however a trip charge of 50 dollars will be required to deliver the extra linens resulting in the inaccurate number provided of people in your party.
