Daytona Beach Shores is known for the many high-end large condominium high-rise buildings. The condo complex is called the Opus Condominium which is located a couple of miles north of Dunlawton Ave bridge to the mainland, leading to Port Orange shopping and restaurants. You are just minutes away from the famous Daytona Beach Pier, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, gift shops and various attractions. You can also drive to the famous International Speedway to catch a race or drive about 70-80 minutes to Universal Studios or Disney Springs or maybe you would enjoy visiting the Kennedy Space Center Museum just a 45–50-minute drive.

When you arrive at the Opus Condominium building, you will first park in the outdoor open parking. The front door to the lobby of the building has a digital keypad to open the lobby door. You will then take the elevator to the 8th floor where you will find Unit # 804 that has a digital keypad to access the condo 24 hours per day for convenient self-check-in.
Inside you will find a parking pass and a garage door remote. The condo complex requires that you park your car in the below ground garage in space #804, placing the provided parking pass in your vehicle.
This condo unit is decorated with a modern and updated style with a fresh and bright feel. When you first enter the foyer area you will see a long hallway that leads to the kitchen and living room that has an amazing view of the Ocean. The kitchen, dining and living room areas are a modern open platform design with many windows to see the Ocean.
This is a 3 bedroom and 3-bathroom condo with 5 total beds that could each sleep 2 people for a total of 10 people.
