This one bedroom, beautifully decorated unit has a sofa/bed in the living room for two people to sleep, making total sleeping space for four total guests. The condominium has an open kitchen that is fully equipped for your extended stay with a round dining table.  The area is walking distance or a short drive to many restaurants and night life, shopping etc. The famous Daytona Beach pier can be seen in the distance or maybe you can take a short drive to the Daytona Speedway to catch an upcoming NASCAR race.

The space
As your enter the unit from the carpeted hallway, you enter into a foyer area with the dining table and kitchen to your left and the living room and balcony in front of you. The hallway that leads to the bedroom is to your right in addition to the full bathroom. You will enjoy the clean, fresh and new décor, not to mention the relaxing balcony with new Adirondack style chairs and tables to enjoy your morning coffee while looking at the beach to your left.

Guest access
The complex has a beautiful pool with large patio sunbathing areas with many lounge chairs to choose from as you look out over the beach. The facility has a common area laundry room facility, exercise fitness room, library and direct access to walk onto the beach from the pool deck area.

The unit has spectrum cable television and WiFi internet with a Roku streaming device to watch Netflix or other movie and TV streaming sources.
